With our engineers deputed at client site, this model makes eminent sense for the client, with close and frequent customer interaction, and a first-hand feel for the situation. In this model Jenesys will work with the existing IT teams of customers or their implementation partners, providing them with onsite delivery capabilities through our skilled Project Managers, consultants, software architects and engineers. The on-site project team will Design, Develop and deploy the application.

This model is best suited for situations where there is a lot of end-user/customer involvement or participation and works well for projects that require ongoing development and maintenance, while at the same time need the flexibility to quickly scale up in scope and deliverables.

One or more onsite project coordinator/manager is deputed onsite, who interface with the client and the team offshore. All the development is carried out of our facilities in Bangalore, India. Deliverables are possible through digital communication links, the Internet or media of client choice.

In this model, we carry out the actual development at our facilities in India, In this model, Jenesys becomes a virtual extension of your environment with all resources - technical teams, hardware, software, office space and any other resources required by the customer - are completely dedicated to that customer. The customer will have access to these resources on a continual basis and can choose to use them for your operational needs. Deliverables are made through high-speed digital communication link, the Internet or any media of the customer's choice.

This model suits best when there is lot of clarity in the specifications and there is no major interaction during the development phase. This model is cost effective as the relationship matures.

We offer a 24/7 development service with a mix of our onsite and offshore model; we place a small team of our software architects and engineers at the customer site where they design the application and drive the development team at our facilities in India, providing you access to scalable, "just in time" development capacity in a cost effective manner. This model enables you to focus on your business needs, while Jenesys manages your software delivery. The Onsite team and the offshore teams are tightly knit into a 'Dedicated Team'.

This approach is extremely effective when the project involves support, maintenance and application functionality enhancement of the customer’s application systems on an on-going basis. Typically, such projects demand a very quick response to the requirements.

Our JDDC (Jenesys Dedicated Development Center) is integrated with the Client’s existing processes so that that it fully supports design, development, QA, version control, backup and recovery. Besides this, power back-ups, network & system security, security of IT and communication infrastructure and IPR protection mechanisms of Client’s products, projects and technologies are also taken care of. Under this model, the customer pays for pre-developed products, materials, process set-ups and all resources deployed under a yearly contract. Billing of resources at the contracted rate and of other actual expenses (as approved by the customer), is done on a monthly basis.
